4WD Training – Site Entry Requirements

With some movement in the mining industry and oil-gas industry many contractors are undertaking Defensive Driving and 4WD training to meet with site entry requirements.

Mine compliant driver trainingPerformance Driving Australia (www.performancedrivingaustralia.com) provide  a variety of programs for employees and contractors working in these industries.

Unlike other providers – we can tailor the training to meet your drivers experience level and working environment. This often allows us to deliver the training in one day for your experienced teams – and over 2 days for drivers who are new to the industry or driving conditions.

Our programs can include the following nationally recognised units of competency – as recognised by many of the largest mining and oil and gas companies in the world –

  • RIIVEH201D – Operate Light Vehicle
  • RIIVEH305D – Operate and Maintain a 4WD Vehicle
  • PMASUP236B – Operate Vehicles in The Field

I’m looking at purchasing a 4WD course as an eighteenth birthday present for my son. Do you offer a suitable course? He lives in country Western Victoria and is still a student so do you have a course in this area as he has never driven in Melbourne and will need to fit it around year 12 studies.
If not can’t, can you recommend anyone else?
